Can I convert a photo to Black and White, Sepia or other styling options?

Yes, while viewing a photo you may click on the "Filter" icon above the photo and choose from several different styling options. Once selected a preview of your photo will appear reflecting the option you have chosen.

I have been given a promo/coupon code, where do I add this?

After adding your items to your shopping cart, click the View Cart link in the upper right hand corner of the screen. Your shopping cart will be shown. You may then enter and redeem any coupons you may have.

I have entered my promo/coupon code, but I'm still being asked to choose a shipping method, or I don't see the discount being reflected in my cart?

Any discount that is applied to your order is shown on the final checkout screen before submitting your order. You still must select a shipping method and go through the entire checkout process. Upon reaching the final checkout screen you should see the promo/coupon discount reflected in your order total.

How do I check the status of an existing or previous order or receive tracking information for my order?

Click the Log In link on the top left-hand side of the screen and log in with your credentials. After logging in click the My Account link in the middle top of the screen. You will then be brought to a list of all of your orders both past and current. You may click on any of the orders to view the status and shipping information. Or after placing your order, you should have received a confirmation email at the email address you entered during the checkout process. That email contains a link that will allow you to see all the information associated with the order including current status and shipping information if it exists.

How do I download my photos?

If your order included digital downloads you will receive an email when they are ready for your to download.

If you have been notified that your downloads are ready then Click the Log In link on the top left-hand side of the screen and log in with your credentials. After logging in click the My Account link in the middle top of the screen. You will then be shown a list of all of your orders. Locate the order number and click on it to view your order. You will see a link to the right of each digital image on your order that says "Download". Click the link to download your photo.

I have been sent access information for a gallery, what do I do?

Click the Client Galleries link in the menu bar. Then click the Access Private Photos link on the right hand side. Enter your access code in the box. If correct, you will be able to view the gallery. If you have an account and are logged in, then you will only have to do this once and this gallery will be listed in My Galleries.

Where are my pictures?

If you have been granted access to a gallery, Log In first, then click on Find My Photos link from the menu at the top of the screen.

Will the pictures I select stay in my shopping cart?

Yes. Your pictures will stay in your shopping cart until you either place the order or delete them yourself.

I can't seem to log in.

Log in information is case sensitive, be sure you have entered it correctly. If you are still having trouble click "Forgot Password" on the Log In screen to reset your account.

Why do I have to register to add images to my shopping cart?

By registering an account, you are able to keep items in your shopping cart for a long period of time. Additionally, you will be able to view your orders and private galleries (if available) by having an account.
